Step by Step Return/Exchange Process

All returned or exchanged shoes must be in new, unworn condition.

  1. Input your Order Number and your Postal Code.
  2. Select the product from your order you want to return.
  3. Choose Refund or Store Credit and process.
  4. For Customers inside the EU, please reach out to international.support@taftclothing.com to receive a return label.
  5. For Customers outside the EU, please ship the return to the address provided.
  6. Package and ship the shoes (shoes must be in unworn condition).
  7. When packaging up the shoes, please include all the original contents that came with the shoes.
  8. Please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES"

    When will my Store Credit be issued?

    • Your Store Credit will be issued once the original pair is received and processed at our warehouse.

    When will my refund be processed?

    • Your refund will be processed once the original pair is received and processed at our warehouse.
    • Please allow up to 48 hours to process the shoes once they are received.
