All returned or exchanged shoes must be in new, unworn condition.

- Input your Order Number and your Postal Code.
- Select the product from your order you want to return.
- Choose Refund or Store Credit and process.
- For Customers inside the EU, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label.
- For Customers outside the EU, please ship the return to the address provided.
- Package and ship the shoes (shoes must be in unworn condition).
- When packaging up the shoes, please include all the original contents that came with the shoes.
- Please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES"
When will my Store Credit be issued?
- Your Store Credit will be issued once the original pair is received and processed at our warehouse.
