Where do you ship?

We ship to all international countries except the following:

Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela.

If we do not currently ship to your location at this time, please consider using a service like HopShopGo or Borderlinx. They will forward the package on to any country.

Why is my country excluded from international shipping?

We're working on expanding the list of countries we serve. Reach out to us at and we’ll be sure to take another look at your country for the next time.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

All orders will take 1-2 days to process at our warehouse before shipping. Our standard international shipping service typically takes between 7 and 14 business days to arrive.

Note: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.

Where is my package?

Once an order departs our warehouse, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number for each individual parcel. Please reach out to us at should you have any questions or concerns.

What if I refuse delivery?

Refused packages are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as duties and taxes.


How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. Prices for all of our items are listed in USD. Please note that all purchases will be charged in USD.

In what currency are your prices?

All listed prices are in USD. As we also charge in USD, we recommend checking the current exchange rate for your local currency to accurately estimate the final cost of your purchase. Note: Many banks collect a conversion fee for handling transactions in another currency. TAFT is not responsible for any fees.

Are duties and taxes included?

No, international duties or taxes are NOT included at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are determined by each product's origin, material composition, use, and final destination. An additional amount may be owed for final delivery. Any additional final delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.


What is your return and exchange policy for international orders?

We are unable to provide free returns or exchanges on international orders. If you would like to return or exchange your shoes, you will be responsible to ship the shoes to the following address at your expense:

What if my items arrive damaged, defective or incorrect?
