Please know your size before the sale begins. HERE is a link to our size guide - use it. Measure both your feet to assure you get the best fit. You can text us, email us, or reach out on social media if you aren't 100% sure. Knowing your size is critical (returns are not free).
EXTENDED HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY - Exchanges will be accepted on shoes purchased during the sale (excluding Last Chance products) up to 45 days from the date of purchase. We are extending beyond our usual exchange policy to better serve those that are gifting shoes and may need to exchange for a different size.
Exchanges will still be free, but we can not guarantee that we will have the style you need in-stock. We expect things to sell out very quickly and most likely, the shoes you need will not be available to accommodate an exchange. If this is the case, you can exchange for store credit.
Exchanges will NOT be offered on styles that are not available and in-stock during the sale. Exchanges will NOT be offered on a style other than what you ordered. For example, if you ordered the Jack Boot in Black during the sale, you may not exchange for the Jack Boot in Grey/Oxblood (which was already sold out during the sale).
PLEASE MAKE AN ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE
To make the checkout process as easy as possible, please make an account on the website before the sale. Many people skip this step, but this is often the difference between you getting the shoe you want or seeing it sell out at checkout.
Your cart selection is not reserved until you click the button to actually submit payment. Adding the product to cart is not enough. Making an account ahead of time automatically fills out your billing and shipping information so that you can jump straight to the payment page and ensure you get the shoe and size you need.
KNOW WHAT YOU WANT
We expect many styles to sell out within the first minutes of the sale. Please check out the site ahead of time, know your size, and know which pairs you want and be ready.
If you really want something, get it now. It may not be available during the sale.
There is no combining discount codes during the sale. All other discount codes will be disabled and can not be combined/stacked during the sale.
If you are within the timeframe to return a recent order and the shoes are unworn and the style/size is available during the sale, then a price adjustment may be made in the form of store credit only.
WHAT PRODUCTS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
The styles that are currently on the site will be available during the sale; however, many styles are sold out and will not be restocked for the sale. If there is a style you want and quantities are limited currently, we recommend that you purchase before the sale.
Due to the increase in order volume that comes with the holiday sale, our usual 24-hour shipping time is not possible. We expect to have all orders placed during the sale fulfilled and shipped out by Wednesday, November 29th. When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
